Miami Meeting

This work is inspired by a candid moment at Art Basel Miami Beach where three gallery workers gather after hours. Each is paired with a canvas behind them featuring iconic figures including Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley (not pictured in this version of the painting). The painting contrasts celebrity image culture with the quiet presence of those who present and support the art.
