MEET THE OWNERS
Allow us to introduce ourselves.
Meet the artists that founded Notta Gallery.

Fine Artist, Painter
Tony Agnello — Lakeland’s Bold Painter & Creative Space-Maker
Tony Agnello is a fine arts graduate from Pratt Institute (New York) and the creative spirit behind Notta Gallery, a dynamic new hub for art, learning, and community in downtown Lakeland Instagram+12The Lakelander+12Tony Agnello, Painter+12. After a 20-year hiatus filled with work and family, Tony reconnected with his artistic impulse during a paddle-boarding trip—a spark that led to what he now calls his “open and fearless” return to painting The Lakelander.
Known for embracing chaos and transforming it into compelling visuals, Tony’s approach allows him to paint with "energy and blankness," crafting compositions that emerge organically—like figures of a man and woman born from random strokes Tony Agnello, Painter+8FOX 13 Tampa Bay+8Tony Agnello, Painter+8. He sees art as a path to presence: painting in the moment so fully that the world “melts away” FOX 13 Tampa Bay+1.
With Notta Gallery—a venture co-founded with his fiancée Danielle Klonecki and partners from Kynd Design Co.—Tony is reshaping how Lakeland experiences art. Notta isn’t just a gallery; it's described as “that friend you meet in the middle of a crowded room,” unpredictable, magnetic, and deeply alive The Lakelander+2LkldNow+2. Their vision: to “de‑program people from Hobby Lobby” by offering one-of-a-kind art and immersive experiences The Lakelander.

Co-Founder, KYND Design
Katie Webb — Design Visionary & Heart of Lakeland’s Creative Revival
Katie Webb is a Lakeland-based artist, designer, and co-founder of both Kynd Design Co. and Notta Gallery—two ventures reshaping Lakeland’s creative landscape. As a surface pattern designer and illustrator, she brings a playful, bold aesthetic to brand identities, interiors, and custom artworks. Her passion lies in fusing saturated color, thoughtful texture, and original moments that elevate every project into a unique experience. Beyond design, Katie serves as Vice President of the Lakeland Choral Society, blending her love of visual and performing arts. Facebook+10Alignable+10The Lakelander+10
Katie’s design journey began at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where she honed her skills in architecture, fine art, and textile design. Together with her husband Andy Webb, she channeled that education into launching Kynd Design Co. in 2020—a full-service branding and design studio known for creating memorable, bespoke visual experiences. The Lakelander
Driven by a mission to nurture Lakeland’s creative community, Katie partnered with Tony Agnello and Danielle Klonecki to launch Notta Gallery—a gallery, studio, and cultural hub designed to be approachable, dynamic, and alive. Katie puts it best:
“The whole concept behind the gallery is really making art approachable, building collectors, having someone feel comfortable enough to walk in off the street.… it’s not a gallery. It’s more. It’s less. It’s everything in between.” Facebook+4LkldNow+4The Lakelander+4

Co-Founder, KYND Design
Andy Webb — Designer, Cultural Connector & Community Co-Constructor
Andy Webb is a Lakeland-based graphic designer and creative catalyst, co-founder of Kynd Design Co., and an essential partner in shaping Notta Gallery. With a rich background in brand identity, surface design, and immersive visual storytelling, Andy collaborates closely with his wife, Katie Webb, to bring vibrant design visions to life for local businesses and beyond.
He plays a pivotal role in building Lakeland’s creative infrastructure. As a founding partner of Notta Gallery, Andy helps craft an approachable, interactive art space in downtown Lakeland—a place that invites curiosity, surprises, and deep connection with art.
His design philosophy is clear and warm:
“I design from strong concept and with purpose, even if sometimes it's just to make someone crack a smile.” Instagram+10andywebb.com.au+10Facebook+10LkldNow
Whether he’s defining the visual identity of a brand, strategizing creative experiences, or supporting community-driven art ventures, Andy brings intention, accessibility, and thoughtful play to every project he undertakes.

Artist, Business Development Director
Danielle Klonecki — Co-Founder, Operations & Strategy
Danielle Klonecki is one of the visionary co-founder of Notta Gallery, a place that defies description: cheeky yet soulful, approachable yet surprising. As The Lakelander eloquently puts it:
“Notta” is that friend you meet in the middle of a crowded room who somehow makes the whole place feel like yours. She’s dressed in color you can’t quite name, laughing at the edge of the conversation, pulling you toward something you didn’t know you needed to see… She’s the heartbeat of Lakeland’s creative pulse… where art doesn’t just hang on walls, it spills into your hands, your eyes, your story. Everyone swears they know her, but the truth is, she’s always becoming. Facebook+7The Lakelander+7Muck Rack+7
Danielle brings over 20 years of business experience from the automotive sector to her creative ventures—a grounding that adds strategic muscle to her artistic vision. Assembling Notta wasn’t just about launching a gallery, but rather about sculpting a gathering space—one that will host artists, patrons, and the community for workshops, retail, and collective inspiration. The Lakelander
For Danielle, the most rewarding part of this journey has been the incredible local support:
“You can’t help but feel inspired by the encouragement we’ve received,” she shares. “Everyone has been a dream to work with, and that positivity keeps us moving forward.” The Lakelander
