Mother and Son

Everywhere you go on a visit to Guatemala you will encounter street vendors. They sell their artwork: textiles jewelry paintings sculptures toys and trinkets-and they work hard. For most daycare is not an option so every day is "take your kid to work' day. They simultaneously work and nurture and they do it wholeheartedly. They exert a seemingly boundless energy to make their art and their living.
