Moonlight Dock

This piece was created using the Trichromatic process but instead of the traditional Red Blue and Green channels I used the CMYK color model—Cyan Magenta Yellow and Key (Black). The work consists of four photographs taken in downtown Apalachicola and St. George Island FL. My approach to this piece was to expand beyond the basic colors of the Trichromatic process and explore an alternative color spectrum. The results of this experimentation created an eerie dark yet calmly perspective of the layered photographs. The original piece is printed on Luster photo paper mounted on gator board with dimensions of 18 x 24".
