June 10th | Clay Lantern Workshop with Chandler Glotfelty

Join us June 10th from 5:30–8 PM at Notta Gallery in Lakeland for an evening of creativity and craftsmanship as local ceramic artist Chandler Glotfelty guides participants through the process of building their own handcrafted clay lantern.

In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn foundational hand-building techniques while creating a functional and beautiful ceramic lantern designed to cast warm light and unique patterns into your home or garden. Chandler will walk you through shaping, constructing, and adding decorative cutouts that make each lantern completely one-of-a-kind.

While this project introduces a few more advanced techniques than our previous vase workshop, it remains completely beginner-friendly. Whether you're brand new to clay or looking to expand your ceramic skills, you'll receive step-by-step guidance throughout the process.

All materials, tools, glazing, and kiln firing are included. Once fired and finished, your lantern will be ready for pickup at Notta Gallery.
