INTAKE PROCESS
Yes - Notta Gallery will send you the following agreements, as part of our Artist Contract:
- Gallery Consignment Agreement
- Digital Print Reproduction Agreement
Signing these documents will complete the first part of your onboarding process, allowing us to move forward with the intake of your consignment inventory. We facilitate intake using a Consignment Inventory Form.
Partnering artists are permitted to sell their works - excluding their consignment inventory - at temporary events (i.e. art shows, pop-ups, markets). Partnering artists are not permitted to exhibit their original works at another gallery or exhibition during their consignment period with Notta Gallery.
Our terms of exclusivity are outlined more thoroughly within the Artist Contract. Still - we are always open to having conversations on this subject with our partnering artists!
No - however, this is an important and commonly requested inclusion with the purchase of your original pieces. If you do not have a certificate of authenticity available upon request, then we can assist you with producing one!
Yes - the gallery will receive a portion of the sale revenue earned from artworks sold at Notta Gallery. This is a common practice for commercial art galleries. This way, the labor that we spend on the promotion and representation of our partnering artists will be reimbursed, as well.
DIGITAL PRINT REPRODUCTION
A "digital print reproduction" at Notta Gallery is a giclée print produced from a digital file (image) of an original artwork. This means that the photograph will be printed on archival paper, with archival-quality pigment inks, using a high-resolution image taken of the original artwork.
Yes - the gallery will receive a portion of the sale revenue earned from prints sold at Notta Gallery. This way, the expenses incurred from the merchandising and manufacturing of these digital print reproductions will be reimbursed.
